If we fail to do so, our ability to grow our business could be harmed. ![]() To effectively manage our growth, we must continue to improve our operational and management processes and systems, and identify, hire, integrate, develop and motivate a large number of qualified employees. We also recently hired our Chief Financial Officer in October 2013. In addition, some members of our management do not have significant experience managing a large global business operation, so our management may not be able to manage such growth effectively. In the event of continued growth of our operations, our information technology systems or our internal controls and procedures will need to be scaled to support our operations. We cannot assure you that this level of significant growth will be sustainable in the future. The growth and expansion of our business and headcount create significant challenges for our management and operational resources. Since October 2011, we have also opened five more game studios in Europe to support our growth and game development.
